Joining an Organization

To use Backoffice, you'll need to join your organization's workspace. Your manager or administrator will send you an invitation to get started.

How to Join

When you're invited, you'll receive an email with two ways to join:


Use the invitation link

Click the link in your invitation email. This will open the Backoffice app and automatically connect you to your organization.

Enter the invitation code

If the link doesn't work or you prefer to enter the code manually:

  1. Open the Backoffice app

  2. Select "Join Organization" or "Enter Code"

  3. Enter the 8-character code shown at the bottom of your invitation email

  4. Tap "Join" to confirm


Troubleshooting

  • Code not working? Make sure you're entering all 8 characters exactly as shown, including any letters and numbers.

  • Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder. If it's not there, ask your manager to resend the invitation.

  • Link expired? Invitation links expire after a set period. Contact your manager for a new invitation.
